Over the years, we have been recognized with the Gazelle Award 2025 as well as awards and finalist placements at Sweden's Recruitment Gala, Recruitment Awards, where we were named Recruitment Company of the Year 2023 in the category of companies with up to 19 employees.
We are currently facing an exciting growth phase where we want to develop our strong and successful way of recruiting the most suitable candidates for key positions in companies primarily within technology, real estate, construction, infrastructure, and energy. Therefore, we are looking for a salesperson who wants to grow with us. We are located in beautiful & newly renovated period premises in the heart of Gamla Stan and currently have 8 driven and engaged employees. Together, we move the company forward!
About the positionAs an Account Manager and eventually Customer Responsible at our company, you will primarily work to find and contact companies to sell our recruitment and staffing solutions. You will be an expert on our services and, together with our recruitment team, meet our customers' wishes and needs. To thrive in this position, you should be comfortable reaching out to new people and enjoy building relationships. You will play an important role in establishing our new customer base within consulting and staffing.
In the role of Account Manager, you will take full responsibility for the entire sales process, which includes: • Identifying potential customers (prospecting) and booking meetings. • Leading and being responsible for customer meetings where you sell our staffing solutions. • Being responsible for follow-up and maintaining customer relationships. • Being involved in developing our services and becoming an expert in our industry and our solutions.

Experience in sales within recruitment and staffing, or from another relevant sales role where you are used to building long-term customer relationships. Furthermore, you take responsibility for your work and enjoy working towards goals. You should have an interest in sales and a desire to develop. We want you, just like us, to always strive for high quality in your work and have an understanding of business and profitability. You want to become a leader in the sales of recruitment solutions together with us.
